The Cottage - an 89er

The Cottage, sometimes referred to as the Honeymoon Cottage, was built in 1897. A porch was added in the 1990's. The porch has comfortable seating for relaxing with a cold drink in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning.

The Cottage bedroom

The Cottage is decorated in a British Colonial style. The Queen size bed is comfortable and inviting. The room has a slightly exotic feeling just right for romance.

The Cottage fireplace

The gas fireplace is turned on (and off) with the flip of a switch. It provides a warm glow and a little heat that is warm and cozy, especially on a winter or rainy night. The TV with Dish service is over the fireplace.

The Cottage front room

The Cottage front room has a comfortable couch and a table for writing or enjoying a cup of coffee or popcorn. A refrigerator is stocked with cold soft drinks and water.

The Cottage Jacuzzi tub for two

The Jacuzzi tub for two provides a jetted turbulence for soothing the body and the mind. Just a drop of bubbles may add to the romance. And the lights can be dimmed to suit your mood.
